make healthbar invisible would be a good start. That way strong players still get more but cant camp. Also a 30 sec timer on kill instead of instant refresh.

then why in anime it is shown weak person become too strong and win but in game you want quite opposite

This is a huge thread, so this has probably been mentioned.
But what if they were to add random chance drops? It would encourage people who may not be able to one shot or snipe very well.
