yes, you'll be able to make items from those fragments. Once you hit a couple evolution upgrades you'll start to find you need to synthesis some items for your partners and that's when you'll need those fragments.

Worst part about this is the waiting to recieve guild instance items...
Our guild currently have 103 ...

It gives out items like 4-6 times/day... so I can't imagine how a guild could generate enough Vit to run it more times than people could claim rewards...  you can claim dramatically more than you can earn if people are trying to claim stuff.

Hello! I would like to ask if I bounded some equipment for my partners that level, this items are not develop on the future (from grey to green and etc.)? So my partners evolution levels are unchanging? Thank you for your answer!
