If i were to recruit D Rukia for X days when that time is up will she disappear from my partner list? also if i were to recruit her from another event would i get her back at the same level she was when she expired or back to lv 1? and does the countdown for renting start exactly when you get them or if i were to get her at noon would 12 hours of my first day be gone?

Not anytime soon, the more expensive partners are still too "new" for us.
