did not recieve gold for throwing dice

I used the in-game feature throwing dice four seperate times betting 5 gold each time. i won three times but did not recieve my 10 gold for any of them, instead just getting charged the original 5 gold i bet. also when I lost the last time i was charged 10 gold, 5 for the bet and another 5 for the loss. i do not know why i was charged the extra 5 gold when the description states that: 1. select bid type and amount, then click on the start button. 2. the player and the system will start shaking at the same time, afterwards confirm points to compare. 3. when your points are higher than the system's points, you will win double the bid as reward. if you lose, you won't get anything.               
it did not say anything about losing even more gold when you do lose, and by the conditions of rule 3 i should have won double my gold bet. i am hoping that this issue will be fixed soon, not just for my sake but for the other players as well. i thank you for taking the time to read this and hope to recieve a reply soon.

Hello,

You pay gold, but gain the reward in coupons.

Also, the dice roll is rigged (o.e. your win chance is <50%). Just don't do it, it's a crappy feature.
