Do you guys know by any chance where can we get fragments for Minazuki mod soul except this Seritei Attack event?

In limited purchase the 2000g chest gives 10 mina fragments.

The event has each enemy to defeat giving 5 points, down towards the bottom right of that box there's a point reward, you can either purchase a 10 point box containing 3, or you can purchase a 20 point box containing 5 and a level 10 silver coin chest.
I'm also unsure how many fragments it would cost to make the soul, if someone can inform me if it's any different to 20.

60 frag for that mod soul
and you get 32 soul frag per day from the soul society

the reward from exchanging the point
10 + 20 point thus give around 32 frag after opening it

well from bfore they change the word i do recall see-ing 60 frag for it and its alway 60 frag for sub mob soul first tier isnt it?

Yup, Shinji and Nel are 60, so I guess Minazuki is the same. I just asked cause maybe some1 bought frags from Limited Purchase and had confirmed it.
