same, all 3 of mine stuck with full bars and won't level. Not wasting any more money on them til it's fixed lol

i think its only bar bugged coz today my shinji lvl up. Probably they change amount of exp to lvl up but bar show old amount of exp needed.

its not a bug, the xp required to lvl just got increased, like really really increased, as for the full xp bar , thats a bug, the mod souls will lvl, but at much slower rate than they used to before nel and minazuki showed up

Even minazuki is bugged since mine went up to lvl 3 and is doing the same thing as the Shinji mod souls

okay long story short
the xp bar is just a visual bug and yes the xp got buffed up by "alot"
