yo, i have been wondering what really does the fury restriction, i think it dont make you able to get fury until you have the debuff, but does it prevent your character from doing his skill even full fury when debuffed by that?
Fury restriction makes it unable to regain fury from skills or from normal attacks. However if you have 100 fury during or before the status goes onto you, you can still skill.
Silence (shinigami urahara) makes you unable to use fury skills, normal attacks are still possible.
