IKKAKU or QUINCY URYUU

Which partner is better overall to have, quincy uryuu or ikkaku?  I'm at 105 now and I am not doing any evolutions on ikkaku yet as I was thinking about replacing him at 110 for quincy uryuu, though I'm not sure if uryuu is better than my fully modded ikkaku.  Considering uryuu will start from scratch, to mod him will take a while.

So my question, is quincy uryuu better than a fully modded ikkaku? My other assaulter, who I don't discuss because I know he is very good and shouldn't be replaced is panthera grimmjow, though he is out of the picture, so he definately stays and I'm gonna evolve him, though I'm not sure whether to evolve ikkaku or wait at 110 and get quincy uryuu.

If you manage to make him skill everyturn (Ikkaku) then keep him, or else switch to Uryuu
Grim can be replaced by CBS Ken if you can have him

well for events I use rukia and kisuke and i put some crit stones so that helps a bit. Grim replaced, really wow, didn't expect that.  I thought grim was irreplaceable

Uryuu is much better than pantera grimmjow (i know, i've had grimmy for a long time) and like the other guy said, if you can get ikkaku to fury almost every round he's great too

I only use rukia/kisuke combo for ryoka and evil spirits, that's the only time ikkaku can fury almost every round.  In pvp, I generally switch rukia with gin.
