give it an hour at most

Has it been like that for awhile now? Perhaps I just haven't done a reset in months right around server reset. Last time it happened I could have swore it was in the morning after I woke up (10+ hours after reset), I actually thought they completely fixed the bug since it never happened again nor did I see anyone post about it in last few months?
