I suggest you mail support. As far as I know people barely ever get chat banned.
sir i already did twice
explaining already that they were the ones harassing me and my guild for weeks, we blocked them but they started to harass my new recruit and so i unblocked and threatened them with foul words
Im guessing they reported me that exact time,but what else was i supossed to do
i didnt report tthem cause i thought blocking was enough..
