its been a long time but i cannot log into my account. i changed the email one day but it seems i cant retrieve my password. i know my password is correct because it was short and simple and i always use it. but it seems i couldnt log in with that password. so i tried to retrieve the account using email but it seems the account doesnt match with the email. so what do i do now? i contacted support twice but seems this game is so stupid that it cant even help their players after they ahve spent so much money. everyone keeps saying email them with payment reciepts, but if they cant even reply what do i do? has anyone ever experinced an issue with support and also thinks service is no good and there needs to be a change. Please help and comment on this.
I know.... Im without an account now. My best account gone... And it seems gms dont even ahve power really and cant contact admins. To me that seems as if they are normal players just saying stuff. This my 2nd account gone
