you bought true shikai ichigo so Im having a hard time understanding why your other partners are so terrible.  So my answer to your poll is "fuck these assholes!". You could easily get much better event partners with the amount you topped up. Also since you are lvl 99, just wait to lvl 100 since if you are going for tavern partners since the ones you can get in lvl 100 (gin for example) is a solid pick up. Though, having unohana is not bad since she is the last healer in the game if you dont count event partners and can be useful in certain situations.

I would say go for unohana she can be pretty useful in clearing stages in sereitei, HSM and also in trials.
My team formation is tavern starrk, kisuke and yorouichi for support and tavern kenny and main for assaulter
Whenever i cant clear a stage i switch to unohana and swap her with kisuke or yorouichi. dependin on the condition of opponent supports.
M lvl 105 and got tavern gin too for some battles. He's a great option too
If your opponent is using a 1-3-1 formation, gin can be pretty useful in such fights
Its all up to you, how you want your formation to be and in what way it would benefit you
