isshin and white ichigo are both much better than csb kenpachi
the extra turns gained from isshin beat kenpachis damage growth rate
white ichigos damage buff and  naturally high combo rate beat out kepnachis damage as well
isshin vs white ichigo just depends on what you want to do/what you have

i would pick white ichigo over isshin in pve but only because i have zangetsu and the extra damage buff is huge because they stack, an additional 25% damage.
in pvp i would pick isshin because although white ichigo does debuff the enemys damage it is more important to stop them from attacking in the first place, so 1st turn fury isshin can disable assaulters easily

he is worse than both isshin and white ichigo for pvp and pve

zangetsu + wichigo +main+shura+orihime+dark rukia

then:

zangetsu + isshin+main+shura+orihime+D.rukia

then used the 2 formations but with senbon this time and with main in each formation with 9th-8th and 5th skill the highest damage was :

senbon + isshin +shura+main(5th skill)+orihime +D.rukia , with isshin>orihime>D.rukia>shura>main in speed terms  and damage difference was pretty big compared to :

zangetsu+ wichigo+shura+main(8th skill cz it was higher than 9th and 5th)+orihime +D.rukia but i remarqued at same time that :

zangetsu+wichigo+isshin+main+orihime+D.rukia was higher than the above one but even lower than the highest

for you white ichigo is worse because you use dark rukia, her buff cancels out white ichigos buff.

i did mention that which one is better comes down to what you own, but in general if you are just comparing the two against each other you will find the damage buff is better if you can make full use of it.

isshin secures 6 hits on assaulter line... white ichigo is nowhere near the level of isshin when it comes to pve.

exactly.  it's not how much he buffs or how much damage he does.  it's that combo rate and how many turns your assaulter line gets per round.

I see people saying things about Isshin that he secures or assures or guarantees x amount of hits.  NEver having used him and only reading his description it seems like he'd make assaulters combo 1/3 of the time each.  With 3 assaulters I'd assume 1 of the 3 would combo each round and that gives 1/3 chance to combo for the next and 1/3 again as small a chance to combo again.

so 1+1/3+1/9.  Which is 13/9 bonus attacks, so 4 and 4/9 attacks per round.  Is this accurate?  Or does his combo rate actually make them attack far more often than that?  I know with Sexy yoru this becomes even better as she's already at 29%or so for me.
