i don't think thats true

i would wish the same, but it has happened to me 2 atleast.
bya went first, then isshin t1, then main , then sup and vg, no combo happened.

i use isshin and white ichigo so i can't complain either way

how much dmg do u do in ES?

about 3.5 billion with me at 120

but i had to say i spend most waves missing ryoka, my internet is slow so it is not until ryoka reach 30 mill that i can actually start killing every time, before that wave my kills  can be as low as 2 kills.

I havent done ES in a while actually due to time difference so i cant really say, ill have to get back to you on that
