Guild Invites?

Whenever i accept a guild invite, it says they have joined the guild but the application never goes away.
If i try and accept it again it says no invite found.
Does this mean they were already accepted into another guild or is it just a bug?
All of the people are atleast lvl 40

I believe this happens when they send an invite then cancel their invite.

The same thing is happening to me. I have been getting really fristrated!

I assume they try another guild if you don't accept in time so it negates your accept if they got in with another guild.
