If I open Gold Ichigo in 2nd week I can win this one.

But the other, need 2 partners to earn the second reward(500 coupons). If I Hire one person for 1 day(From Limited Lease), I can win this reward?

Hmmm... I don't see why not if the character is gold. Considering the programming of the event, and the fact they have probably not updated the 2 partner thing then I don't see any reason why leasing a partner would not work.
