reduce damage by the % so for your main skill its 100% which means you basically take no damage if you main was attacked for the 2 rounds, its a good skill to use if your the other guy was using skill 6-8 however in order for it to be effective your speed needs to be faster than the other guys main, in later levels it would have to be faster than whoever is doing the aoe attacks to be useful.
