Hello Everyone

sorry to bother you guys.

Is dual account on same server allowed?
if not...were i can report a player for doing that?
theres a bug with Cute Oruhime, she strikes first beating my Yoruichi that has 3k speed more than her (this of course counting the reiatsu of the other player)

bit of advice lvl up ur gear. n as nibbles said chek her zan she has muramasa, if the other sup is faster than u inoue gains extra speed aftr the zan trigger attk

Yeah it's not a bug. Muramasa gives the cutey extra speed if they have another partner that attacks first. I was struggling to figure it out with my own zanpukto at first lol

Also I'm fairly certain dual account is fine. A lot of users in my server made them for alliance blood battle. But everyone forgot their passwords haha
