no i mean the partner is slow, not his parnter

i mean comapring to partner at level 0 with nothing increased on them

just their base default levels

Ordering them from fastest partners to slowest


Including mods, evolves, talent, and growth rate, + zan

CSB aizen can get upwards of 57 ~ 63%+ agility with it all

You're still wrong. B rukia has the highest speed growth rate of anyone and her talent gives 20% to agility. Seriously how is she slower than any of those partners you mentioned?

But no they aren't really even, CSB aizen is faster..

bankai rukia, has a lower talent of agility

her growth rates 5.2 agility i wouldn't let it fool you

there's no way to find out what the talent is, so we dont actually know

like i said the only way to compare them is to have them both with the same gear
