Actually it's showing it's Hogyoku-kai stats.

And I don't know.

I have the new zanpakuto

it starts at shikai stats when equipped

given its cost I think it should start at the same level as my other zanpakutos..seems fair?

Another suggestion..

Don't lock the Division towers after you've selected one..

If I've beaten Div 13, 12, 11 and am working on 10.. I should be able to go in to any one of them and click "one-key experiences" to get much needed materials for infusions without being penalized to only accessing that tower..

Considering the cost of equipment fortifications when you get into the 80's levels and beyond, as well as the hundreds of millions, if not billions of silver needed to get partners through the game.. we should be able to hit up previously beaten towers to get the materials and then be able to sell off what we dont need.. (Just like how the instances work..)

Would like Events that don't have a special gold feature. so everyone will have equal chances, it should be hard / difficult to get the main prizes, but not impossible.

It's not impossible, it is highly unlikely that they would implement this on their own accord or request it from the real developers, but the event is not impossible in itself, just making this company do it is "near" impossible.

that's what I meant. for Gogame to do that its not near Impossible. It is IMPOSSIBLE. hell even this fucking dice event is full of bug but because its pay even they have it and np even if it is full of bugs. First the Cool down stop sometime second when you refresh you could have 10 min more in your cd. and few time that when you click its wont move and give you 5-10 mins cd. No way company like that put event that pure free. Not even after 100000000000 years

When count down is over refresh your client before clicking. All you need to do.

yep I already did it after I waited for 20 min but still they should put it without all these bugs or at least what most of people believe that's................ .

Well that's why they haven't released the achievements, due to bugs, you see what happens when something has even a slight bug in it's release. People need to be patient and wait, like we all do.
