Logically should spells that apply buffs and debuffs work if the char misses? [Copy URL]

you do realize you actually only need 20k coupons

To  OP and anyone interested in a dodge comp. This should seem obvious but replace yachiru with Ichigo(110 tavern vanguard) he is way better and also has that block going for him if dodge fails.Also take this however you want but this is a fact i have learn from playing this and naruto version of it, dodge comp would only work on players slightly above average in strength. This is because strong players rely on buffs/debuffs more than anything while having decent hit on most char and op players(yes vip 10+ have a special place) rely on dmg and speed.short version you need dodge + something going for you.

For other people like me who play dodge comps to troll others rejoice you will always be a pain in the ***. On that note i leave you guys with a question on my quest to troll other people.

How do 2 of the same buffs work in this game namely nel and ulquiora from honour shop(e.g higher buff applies, both apply,newest buff applies)

To those that read till this point and hopefully the op of this thread. The OP claims to be logical(so obviously he would have a reason and i am  curious) and we all know nel's buff won't let you break your dodge limit and she gives 15 % so why not remove dodge from vanguard and give others so you have a real dodge comp not just a vanguard that can dodge especially when t1s are so common

what is my logic ,what i can use ? my hyougu zanbimaru or kazichini?
1.zanbimaru increace atk for 2 round for alls character
2.kazichini give just on aussault and attack other aussault

best 1 or 2?

I know because I've tested it out many times with almost every % stat buff there is.

if your partner hits multiple people, you can miss some and hit some,  your allies are NOT trying to ...

where did you come up with this..? not from me because i said if people hit multiple people some can dodge, and some can get hit, not all people dodge if 1 dodges... that would be stupid for multi-hit things

CONSIDER ALL IN YOUR AREA OF EFFECT AS TARGETS, BOTH FRIEND AND FOE.  YOUR SAYING THAT IF IT MISSES FOES, IT SHOULDN'T HIT FRIENDS.  THEY ARE ALL TARGETS AND SHOULD BE CALCULATED DIFFERENTLY!!  now if  you say that it should have a small chance to miss friends, I'd say sure.  but your saying that if it misses foes, it shouldn't hit friends.  and that is just silly

I thought they always specify if it lets you break the limit,its kinda hard to test nel's since she reduces hit + gives dodge and no one on my server has enough hit for me to test it out without killing me before i move. but i did test using soo zabimaru renji  in the roughly 3-6 arena challenges i tried he didn't crit against the 91.5% counter vanguard while having a 69.3% crit(i messed the first couple tries up cause i thought counter capped at 90 didn't know vanguard had more). Sadly its hard to tell cause i didn't try it enough times since i used up my arena challenges also getting the right crit number using refine is expensive just went for as close to 93 as i could get

I'll use my berserk renji as an example. His skill doesn't say anything about it letting him break the crit limit. So I tested it out against a friend who has 96.9 counter rating. I put renji's crit rate at 92%, so it should have been impossible for him to crit. After his skill went off, which increases his crit rate by 45%, he immediately got a crit on the vanguard on the very next attack.

It's the same way with all of the other partners that I've checked this for. The best way to check is get your stat just below the point where it would never be able to happen, whether it be dodge vs hit, crit vs counter, or block vs break defense.
