Should I change or not?

This is my current formation
recently got yama and changer from 1-2-2 to 1-3-1 and it looks way weaker then i thought
my Yama is full lvl 9 str and i have been losing so much battler dat i was winning without even being attack
My old formation was: Kisuke, Isshin, shini urahara and ichigo with hyorin

This are my yama stats

Maybe i will get zangetsu in a couple weeks but will do a post about it, still not sure.... plz dont chose/answer with zangetsu in mind

As of right now it sounds to me like you went from letting your VG do all the work to having a slow Yama..

actually my team (kisuke, isshin and yama) as almost same speed, kisuke has 114k speed, isshin 107k and yama 105k
I dont have any BR agaisnt a strong guy, unless vs kouno but dat.... btw getting 2M crit in vg is a bit frustrating

I honestly don't see a problem apart from sogyo.. zangetsu or senbon will do you good

dat guy is to far to be a rival for me, dats the only BR i have right now
