is ryuken worth it?

im debating on getting ryuken or not his mods are make him a dodger lol his skill makes him a dodger having gamuza makes him OP at dodging i know its capped but enemies get reduced hit rate from gamuza and i think ryukens mods dont count for the cap it seems to be the case for partners like the new renji that can get a fuck ton of crit rate

anywho is ryuken viable in pvp / pve
why and how, would you personally get him?

honestly at this point of the game the only good thing about ryuken is he attacks every turn that's about it as for his dodge lots of people can get around 250% hit rate so it would be useless if you gonna top up then get berserk renji he does  some ridiculous damage with his mods and makes your partner's damage more ridiculous

^ i couldn't say it better he is junk i just didn't wanna get in a war when some ryuken fan asks me for a 1000 word report of why renji is better than ryuken so i said "that's just my opinion" to avoid that xD lol

I wouldn't call him junk, but way way overpriced. If Renji's worth 20k, then Ryuken should be at 6k tops, not 24k
