who is better vangaurd level90 vs level100

i was in dilema which to choose i am know at lvl 89 i am using yachiru good at dodging and also 50% of blocking i want to get a vangaurd i want to know you suggestions with descriptions if possible i am non vip player so please golden skulls are herculean task for me please give genuine answers only if you know and my formation is me,renji,ikaku,shihoin,yachiru. i am going with 1-3-1 formation  and zanpaktou is kazeshini which i dont want to change i want kenny as assaulter once i entered to level90 so please give suggestions

first of all , i wanna ask are u vip ? if yes which 1 , if no then what is your main idea to prepare your team ! Is it to make an offensive 1 or a defencive 1 , gilga is a  good defencive and sometime stunner vanguard , while starkk is a totally  offensive vanguard , so the question again , How you want your team to be , defencive or offensive ?

and one more question , how fast do you level up in your server , if it takes a lot of time , then i am goona say take gilga he is a good vg !!

gilgas only good when he stuns imo so id wait for stark, but im 106 and still use sajin.

Gilga is a waste of time. Koma for low vp till 110 or Stark at 100 if you have Hyorin/Senbon and the gear/stones to make him a monster.

I am non vip also and I got Kom so I really don't know...but noitra won't be bad cause u got 1-3-1 I think cause his skill is pretty good Just my opinion XD
You could get Kom I kno It's pretty late but even I got him after getting all my partners at 85 or u could go for noitra cause he'd be easier than stark or ichigo
I kno It's veeeeerrry hard to get gold reishi

what i taught you are vip player bro nice meeting you but i can get golden reshi with having 40000k silver i can get 1200golden reshi in two days but to do that i have to wait 12 days to get that silver. Really it takes a toll on me to get that skulls and know what level you are

kazeshini hmmm ok then take gilga , cz it will take time to upgrade too . And if u just wait for starkk or visored ichigo it will be a waste of time , thats all !!

I CAn't make a lot of silver so am just gonna stick with my current partners for some time XD
