FALSE.. 1-3-1 is a universally good PVP and PVE formation and like any formations they are based on the partners(Which is an EZ swap using Exchange all button) you have. You just spouted nonsense about PVE and swaping out tank? What kind of low level pve are you doing? lolwat.. If you don't have a tank past like lvl50(ballpark) ryoka your formation dies.. I wish you would come on my server where we hit Wave 69-70 every night with no tank in your formation; I'll be looking for your damage on the rankings.. wait nevermind it only goes up to 10th and you wouldn't make it that high without a tank.

And without a POWERFUL tank.. 1-1-3 is even worse.. thats full kido.. maybe you can do ok in pvp with that, but you're going to be gawd awful in PVE unless you go the EXPENSIVE route of having 2 formations worth of gear.. Because putting Wis gear on Str Assulters doesnt work.

Brah.. I'm going to disagree.. His main is kido.. A 2-2-1 would imbalance is team's offensive presence outside of soul map, and that's only because of utility reasons.. That would give him 3 kido users, and two non-offensive ones at that..

I don't know how to explain because I started off VIP4, but I did try the 2-2-1 for a while and it became outclassed by 1-3-1 the closer I got to endgame things. It also made partner swapping easier since grand majority of your partners are going to be physical Assaulters.. and anytime I needed an extra support I just put my tank gear(since i run wis and str) on my extra support and ran a 2-3. I don't anymore tho.. My current support is Shinso and I don't see a reason to run another supporter lol.. Hyper offense formation!
Shinso, Sexy Yoru, Yama, Main, and my Van is S.Rangiku.. (My assaulter is based on my mood, sometimes I throw in Shin Yoru, White Ichigo, Isshin lol)

You're wrong there, my assaulters don't die at wave 70 and I can 1 hit till wave 64 with 2-3-0. I usually reach around 4b dmg. IMO 1-3-1 is a formation for heavy spenders. Low vips or f2p can stick with 1-2-2 and balance everything.

Way to troll you jerk,  First off,  yes,  after wave 50 you do need to usually add a vang.  HOWEVER, the poster is not yet in level 70 tavern, so wave 50 is insane to even talk about as he is not even one hitting wave 1 yet.  second,  given the fact that he almost defiantly does not have Tensa, nor Senbon, the highest damage party you can have is without a vanguard.  Third,  I am level 93, and see on averave of wave 66 in ryoka, and one hit kill through wave 50, and at wave 53, I put in my vang. My party is Main, Isshin, Shinzo Gin, Dark Rukia, Soph Rangiku/Sexy Yourichi depending on needs. My average damage is 470M.  I understand that I am by no means amazing in any way on these forums, but my advice was given to someone not yet in level 70 tavern and to someone most probably using Zabi as his pve zan at best.  Of course if you have tensa or senbon and are level 90+, my advice probably does not apply to you.  I would post a pic, but don't feel like being accused of photoshop,  so check it out.  my server is 161, my name is the same here as there, and I'm a quincy,  come join our server,  be a quincy, and i'll make sure you have a spot in my guild.  you can come see for yourself.    And the reason I suggest 0-3-2 (or 2-3-0 depending on your orientation) is because it is much easier to swap between a vang and assaulter than it is a support and a vang. Also, to your arguments on int stones, MOST supports aren't there for the damage,  only for the effects they create, so having lesser stones on them is not that big of a deal...   Thanks a bunch and please have a nice day!!

I'm not trolling.. I've been playing for 11months.. and my best advice is to prep for your future formations so you waste less resources..

So, calling me a jerk is misplaced, noob.
Also, for a spender and assuming your main is kido... you made poor choices.

my main is not kido,  and most of my people have not yet been payed off   I just got them on last limited lease and am slowly paying them off so they are not very evolved yet.   I was VIP 4 at that time, and since last limited lease i only top up like $30 a week to pay off the people.   Now i may have been harsh as i felt you picked up what i said and insulted me greatly.  The fact is.  Those at the top of the pack get more rewards than you waste to play catch up to them.  The secret to be powerful in this game is start strong, stay on top, and enjoy the $25 a day rewards the game gives you for free.  It sounds like your trying to tell this guy that destroying in ES and Ryoka are not needed.  It sounds like your trying to tell him that before you can get to wave 25 in Ryoka, with a normal Zanpacto to use your Vangard in these events.  It sounds like your telling him that you get the same rewards from the pvp game than you do from the pve game,  so based on all this, of course it sounds to me like you have no idea what your talking about.  oh, and i know you didn't ask  me.  but I'm VIP6,  BP of 677k  level 93  ranked 9th in arena (because my pride doesn't want me to be a slave,  i could get 8th) and I one hit kill to wave 50 in Ryoka.  My event partners are not at all modded yet, and are only level 3 evo,  like i said, I've only had them about 2 or 3 weeks now i think.  i'll be sure to keep you posted on my stuff as they mature some.  My calling you a jerk was based on the fact you blatantly and openly insulted me for giving my opinion to this person.  You attacked me.  And your still attacking me.

Let me explain something to you.. KIDO main is VERY different from Physical main. IF a KIDO main runs a 2-2-1 HIS TEAM IS PHYSICALLY WEAK in PVP and KIDO IS WEAK in PVE because SUPPORTERS are WEAK compared to ASSAULTERS.

I, unlike you, have a KIDO main. I'm telling him purely from experience. If you can't pay attention to what the OP specifically said for HIS situation then don't drop your 2 sense based on what you've done with your Physical main.
And some quick FYI..

I'm #1 in arena on Server 88.
I have 2.1M BP, 2.8M PVP BP
My main is Kido 500k BP by itself.
I have 2 Physical Assaulters in the form of Sexy Yoruichi and Yamamoto 400K BP each for PVP
My Vanguard is S.Rangiku 370K BP (BLOCK, DODGE, and COUNTER CAPPED 900K Health outside of Arena)
My supporter is shinso gin 430k BP

For Ryoka when I feel like being a try-hard I swap in SWP Kenpachi for S.Rangiku, and either Isshin, White Ichigo, or CSB Kenpachi for Yamamoto, as well as Dark Rukia for Shinso, and Sogyo for Zangetsu.

Again.. I have been doing this for a really long time and for KIDO a 2-2-1 isn't balanced. His best bet is still 1-3-1 it's cost effective for PVE and PVP on kido.

I'm going to assume your server is nearly empty then.. Because I have a way better team than you and I only hit 3.5 BIL on a server that has roughly 20 active people doing Ryoka and we don't get a chance for multiple hits on each wave til wave 57ish.. on top of the fact that we miss every other wave because people are killing faster than the rest timer.
