Hello I'm misaki on EU 33, I'm lvl 109 with 1267741 BP
So I have a little prob', I want to get more speed for my supp, but every thing I do they don't get to much speed (ex: I up' hogu, I give them high lvl spirit stones agility, I up' hogyoku speed...)
Nothing change or change a little. I'll show u some screen.

Pliz help me to be more speed
Ps: My zanpaktu is kaseshini

What about the gear infuse, what level is it.  Try to max out the infuse to 20.  That helps a lot in speed.  The hogus seem to be fine, but the hogyoku, could use more speed.  

I believe kazeshini specializes on making assaulters fast, sogyo would probably increase your supporters speed. Also, don't forget the souls, and the mod soul too.  The mod soul is important.  What level mod soul is it and what kind.  Lots of things influence speed.  Since you're using kazeshini, try to fortify the speed attribute, ah and don't forget shinigami academy.  What level are you on that.  

HIgh agility stones are important too.  Couldn't see what level stones you have.  Oh and reiatsu.  That's important too.

if ur team is based ni ura speed use the jizo zan first, then try to lvl ur reiatsu asap, ur agility stones are good enough also stop lvling ur accessories n prepare to spirit forge lvl100 one both for speed n lvl them, how is ur infuse doing on boots? also how abot hogyoku do u have some flawless or ultimate ones in ur urahara?

So all my team is max infuse don't worry about dat
I have shinji mod soul lvl 75 on my kisuke, 80 on my ikkaku, n 79 on my starrk
I don't have chance to get flawless on hogyoku

For my fortify zanpakuto I have:
Phy Attack lvl 30
Kido lvl 20
Speed lvl 30

Check reiatsu and also you should have at least full level 8 agility stones on your gear.
