Well that support actually answered is a good sign.. You will see how it ends.. Personally I would go with the option that it might have been someone from your server or a friend of someone from your server who knows how to do this stuff.. Normally they would just steal your account and used it. Not just sell everything. This looks too much like as someone  is holding a grudge than anything else. + as ppl said there is lot of ways how to get the information to your account without you sharing them with a friend or something.
I had my WoW account hacked not so long ago without them changing password or anything so I wouldnt find out via a message from blizzard...too bad that they tried selling ingame stuff and my characters for real money so blizzard banned that account which enabled me to find out and solve it out and get my stuff on the account back.. Otherwise It would take me much much longer to find out because I dont plan to go back to wow in the near future... But well you cant really compare blizzard and gogames level of support
You can only hope for the best and try to make it harder for them in the future if you get your stuff back.

did u give ur account idz to a friend? do u have a little brother who connected to ur account fromm ur computer? all to say somebody did a real bad prank by selling everything....

ask the support to see if there is anyone fro Australia if that's true then it's most likely that he is the one who hacked you and why he didn't take your account ? simple like i said before he is holding a huge grudge against you and if you think about it it's worse getting everything deleted than just hacked and stealing your account without returning it
Also i recommend you to send a fully detailed list of the stuff you had before getting hacked for example:gold,partners,even equipment,stones,coupons it will make it easier hopefully they will believe you and send you everything you had in an e-mail
oh i i had to mention that an admin has the right to access your account and pretty much fuck it up and i've seen a similar case like this before in UN (unltimate ninja) where some guy bough a character but didn't receive it so he emailed support and instead of getting 1 he got 2 of the same characters so he repoted it and what the admin did was deleted the character that had his best equip/gear/stones and kept the lvl 1 other character
SO this maybe cause by an admin

Windows 10 is just another OS

Viruses and hidden materials still go through onto the new OS (such as games, malware etc.) so nothing really changes other than it's appearance and the drives you currently have.

As i said, scan your computer as this is likely to happen to more games you play, maybe even financial accounts you go on whilst your on the computer

Also as i said, check your task manager, look at the programs there, they will definitely be dangerous programs that are running that the scan you use can't detect.

so at least theres still contact. i told them that there should be 2 IP adresses from australia. My Uni which i live at and my home which i sometimes use. no i never told even my family my pw. only i use my laptop since its with me everywhere i go. its this IP from america i guess. but the 2 guys from my guild have been offline since it happened. he was #1 in arena by a mile.

I'm on server 72 and one of our guild members was hacked and now he can't enter his account.
Probrably the same person did this to you.

hmm actuarlly im seeing something positive here. still having contact. they are able to confirm it was a hack. but they cant do anything about it until they find who hacked it. most likely because they dont wanna help people because of the same hacker hacking their accounts. so i have to wait more. but I am sure Yazaki Hayato US218 same server Arena rank 1. which was 318KBP 50K higher than anyone who was the hacker. hes been ofline ever since it happened.
