AzamiNene, something to keep in mind, is that the account was probably initially compromised by a keylogger, trojan, or rootkit rather than your password being 'hacked'.

I also assume you're using a unique password for this website, and don't use it for anything else which could have had its database cracked.

You said you updated Windows recently, but was it a fresh install or an upgrade? If upgrade, I'd still be worried.

it was a fresh install. i did a update then a fresh install since you cant do it the other away round or it doesnt recognize the CD key. yes i dont use this email for anything else. ive changed it to something completely diffrent.

he said i have to wait a little cause apparently they have to reprogram the stuff in. so they have to gather information like excatly what i had and the experiancs of all the characters. but wow. im so surprised! maybe the new team is much better
