im have trouble with my partners formation

I have partners Lisa Yadomaru, but i cant get her in my formation, i do have vacancy for her but when i try to put her in, it said "partners in assistant team cant join battle".
What does it means? what do i have to do to get her in? please help me here.

You have to remove her from bond Attribus Bonus tab. As long she is inside the formation she will give you the stats.
