Well if you get her now you'll also get enough exp books to instantly level her up and you can grab some hogu talismans and hollow souls as well.

If you get her some other time then you'll probably get stones with her and maybe gear.

So it all depends on which you prefer

Ummmm well I don't really know what events would be best for B rukia lol. Since I got her when she first came out I haven't payed too much attention to her availability.

he is telling the truth tho. with bankai rukia around in ur server/csb, theres no point in using a vg.

you kinda fucked up when u bought mugetsu from turntable. but the best events right now are: anniversary feast, pyramid, ulti charge, lucky feedback and visorder kinda... depends on how u use it.
