Can mugetsu be used in pve? I know there are many assaulters out there better than him, but let's say you already got isshin and main, can he be your third assaulter to subtstitute, let's say a quincy uryuu for example or tavern kenpachi maybe.

if you're running a 2-3-0 you could take advantage of the combo rate he gives support and stack up a kenpachi unohana.

Yeah he'd definitely be much better than either of those 2 for pve especially with a 0-3-2 formation.

i use mugetsu for pve. combo rate makes it great.

It depends on what you need, if you need a vangaurd go for TSI, if you need a good supporter go for B. Rukia. It doesn't matter about the abilities as much as what you need. Sure one might be better then the other but if you need something certain such as a stronger van or support then you need to fill that.

Pretty sure if you are who I think you are you decimated me during Protect Seireitei. Though I'm fairly certain you are, and people have said to go for B.Rukia more then TSI because according to them Gogames will not be fixing TSIs 'Auto' bug/error/glitch or w/e they call it.

That's right it seems to work way less than Isshin. I'm really starting to think that the combo rate % is wrong.
