about speed and such

im trying to get shinso gin to move before mugetsu but he is slower somehow? do i really gotta make mugetsu like real bad in the agility department? tensa gives more speed to supports... so like what the heck?

3.8 vs 4.6 and pretty sure its the same stats in talent, yes you need to make mugetsu to move like a wurmple. I have sembon and in order to make my shinso gin faster than w ichigo i have to take him out 3 speed stones.

looks like im gonna try and make shinso even faster.. kinda sucks because now mugetsu cant outspeed every enemy... but i can get 2 skills off in turn 1

U have cyclone set in mugetsu, and a tier10 agi hogu, right? I think u can figure out the answer

i have a cyclone set in gin as well, and 1 in isshin.

Tier 10 agi hogu gives to much agi
My isshin full lvl 7 agi with tier 8 agi hogu can outspeed my kisuke with full lvl 8's and 9's, using hyorin
edited: its tier 8 not 6
