Hi everyone, no matter what i do or how many times i've had tried i cant top up nothing i tried gate2shop theres always an error i try offgamers evreything goes well till it hits the pending status then i get an email saying they cant accept the payment like wtf. why is it hard to top up here but its easy to top up for naruto.

You should contact their support, they mostly answer pretty fast.

Its common to get an error in g2shop and paypal, but after a few tries paypal works. I toped up 200usd 2 days ago and i had to do it like 5 times till it worked.

They said that i'm using an open proxy connection thats why they arent processing the transaction. i dont know what a open proxy connection is.

Do a live chat with offgamers, and have them explain to you regarding what you should do. They will help you out
