Ashisogi Jizo or Kazeshini

yea ik that we get ashisogi jizo after 80, but which one is better for both PVP and PVE purposes? maybe kazeshini? thats my opinion, please state yours ^^

U get jizo at lvl 75
Kazeshini is the best f2p zanp for pvp and pve
this shouldn't be a question, jizo is useless in pve

jizo is good for 1-1-3 and other but limited chances but overall kazeshini is is overall better wise

not only buff kazeshini also has debuff. whit this zanpaktu fortify i start wondering if 2 ppl use kazeshini both are equal in other hand sameone should use 3-1-1 for not be affected at this senario
