Why don't you just stick to the most common way like most people do. I see you changing formation and asking questions every week but you don't really seem to get anywhere and it's definitely not rocket science.

Depending on what level you are now you should be using tavern Renji or Grimmjow, Ikkaku and main as assaulters.
Tavern Rukia and Urahara as supporters.

If you don't I suggest you get:

Tavern Renji / Grimmjow
Tavern Rukia for PVE
Urahara for PVP/PVE
Ikkaku for PVE/PVP
Kenpachi for PVE/PVP

You should be able to get at least a 1000 reishi every 10 levels so you can eventually replace Renji with Kenpachi or Grimmjow (whatever you prefer), the rest will stay the same and these will most likely be your endgame PVE partners.
Your Ikkaku can skill every turn due to having 2 fury supporters, Kenpachi can skill every round if you use your mains 8th skill on him.

Your PVP zanpakuto should be Kazeshini and PVE Zabimaru.
Don't bother with zanpakutos from the Honor Shop. If you really feel like going with a stun based support formation you can use Ashi Jizo. Tengen Myo will help you in Hollow Soul.

Save your coupons and wait for a Visored Revenge event.

I want to use yoruichi and ukitake(later gin and yoruichi) for pvp, then unahana and ukitake for pve. Will kazeshini be good for that or I better get jizo?

Unohana Retsu for pve? damn... anyway if u are vip0 take ikkaku and dont think about tousen. Go only for pve formation cuz later without vip4 its hard with silver for new partners. After 80 lvl make formation: kisuke + rukia/ukitake + main + ikkaku+ renji/swp grimmjow. After 90 lvl replace renji with kenpachi. That's all. If u are vip 0 dont think about rest partners.

If you get Tosen or unohana for PVE, your just silly   pvp he's good if you keep his fury built up and his speed strong.   Ikkaku is phenominal anywhere you put him, especially with fury builders.   but for F2P PVE, Ikkaku and kenpachi are your Assaulters till level 110 and supports IMO should be Jushiro/Rukia and Kieske.  Once you get to wave 50ish in Ryoka, pull your third assaulter and put a vang in,  less damage per round, but more rounds of damage. This is of course assuming your running 1-2-2,  which IMO, is what you should be running.   Kazeshini is your pvp zanpacto, and Zabimaru is your pve one.  if you don't have zabi, get out of the tavern, stop leveling your weapons, and upgrade your reatisu to level 40, get him and upgrade him as fast as you can.  trust me, it's worth it.

If you ask for advice and then completely ignore it and say you're gonna do something ridiculously dumb anyhow then no one is gonna bother helping you anymore.

You were given the best advice by Brah.  Ignore it if you want, its your game to play poorly if you wish.

Ok, thanks guys. Now I know how I will build my team. This treat helped me a lot.Now my team will beVP: Main(10th skill), ikkaku, sajin, urahara and yoruichi
Events: Main(9th skill), ikkaku, renji, urahara and ukitake.
