Ikkaku or tosen in pvp, pve.

Some people says that ikkaku is a monster, but then I hear tosen is the best free assaulter in game, any help?

Ikkaku.  Tosen is good if you got the speed for him, but ikkaku will greatly help you in pve, and even pvp because he decreases fury, plus with evolution and mods, especially that combo rate and crits, he's a monster.

First question: for what u need that partner? pvp or pve? mostly partners are only for pvp or pve, not both so...?? Tosen only for pvp and if he will have nice speed then he can be good. Ikkaku mostly for pve and little for pvp. Good for pve, im still using him but for pvp too weak for me.

I am vip0, so I can get only 1 of them. Is there a better assaulter then tosen in pvp for vip0?

I want him, but not sure can I make him fast enough.I will get ukitake with my yoruichi(I will use ukitake for pve mainly). So Iwill need to make him faster then enemy assaulters.

If you're VIP 0 and trying to go primarily PvP you're doing it wrong and will fail miserably.

The ONLY chance a VIP 0 has is to go ultra PvE mode and try to keep up with the top dogs as much as possible with silver... Eventually you can start getting more PvP stuff.  If you go PvP early, you're done and toast and might as well quit imo.
