What's his damage though. I see no damage percentage of his skill. Plus the battle preview shows berserk renji rather than him.

i wish they would tell how many percents "high chance" is

and im pretty sure it's easy to get it to 100% with evo + accessories.. just increase his control rate, gg

high controll chance etc.. is usually around 30-40% - or + the enemies resistence
look at like the higih rate chance stun of aizen etc.. thas how you should see it but since its not 100% i think hes crap
