30% combo rate unlike isshins 100%the mod for extra combo rate is weird as it is especially surpass ...

isshin's is not a 100% combo, its triggered only if the 2nd assaulter is also faster than the opp.
.  the prob with using isshin is that you will need two assaulters in your team to be faster than opp to trigger that combo. if not then atleast the silence is a 100%

my i use 2-2-1 my main is like a fucking turtle and she still combos even if she isnt faster

Yeah should be within a few weeks. This time we coincidentally had a partner release at the same time as a (new) system.
