The first thing that came to my mind was: Isshin, Shini. Kensei Combo, T1. But I do beleive that we have found the better Isshin.

So thoughts on the new partner?

his disarm/ silence isnt 100% guaranteed
it has the same probability of landing as tavern aizens stun but without the level difference taking effect.
his aoe growth is 110% he is very weak to kido dmg 2.1 wis growth
his combo is only 30% unlike isshins 100% combo rate if you have 2 assaulters "its 40 for him alone with a 90% break limit on 2nd mod"
i suppose he can hit hard enough to wipe out supports if you got the stones/crit but he has to be fast as hell but that aint happening with other fast as hell supports with higher agility growth rates/talens/zan/gear
if you can fully mod hiss ass i guess hes immune to everything except void and what not.

only a couple of supports have a faster growth rate...only ones i can think of are rukia and mayyyyybe uno i dont remember
+his talent is likely the same as people like shinso's with a 20% increase
