well u gotta remember ultima has speed mod and kensei is sadly not immune to void

Tell me how you calculate it.
His agi is 4.2 which is not bad but he doesn't have bond, mods or Evo (5600 speed at 11) that pushes him over the edge and makes him better than others.
Also his combo not being like Isshin makes him unreliable

i had good idea for red tavern partner. Ayon-combined power of Hallibel's fraccion.
Vanguard.
Strenght-1200
Wisdom-800
Agility-800
Power-6500 Talent: Qimera parca- Increase strenght,crit and defense by percent. Naturaly have 10 damage rate.
Skill: Attack enemy vanguard with 300 damage rate,increasing your's assaulters aid rate by 65%,and increase defense by 30%. Have 30% chance to petrify enemy's assaulters for one round OR gains 50 fury,one of that. I personally think petrify is better option...

so isshin+kensei, i wonder if there is a cap for extra turns per round or if it gets nullified. guess you would get to know that first here.
