Universal fragment questions

I bought just 1 from last anniversary the interesting thing was
when my shinso was like 3 mod points off from getting his first mod when i clicked on "one click cultivate" it ended up saying universal fragment whatever and it ended up giving me 10 mod points instead of the normal 5
but the universal fragment was not consumed in the process i still have it.
So i am assuming the more you have the more mod points you get when you are close to getting a mod?
i remember seeing that 5 star mugetsu because i heard that person bought like a fuck ton of these.
so if they dont get consumed and they stack for better effects on mod getting then these things valuable are they not?

It's cuz shinso is in advanced modify event, u get 2x more fragments

no no no
this was days before the modify event it hasent even hit yet since server hasent reseted lol

Talking about shinso, why does the first mod give attack?  Is that kido attack?  Or phys attack.  It's confusing because since shinso is kido type, they should put something like increase 7 percent strategy attack.  But they put attack instead.

its the same with some other partners but it actually gives a kido dmg buff of 7% its like a typo
