Late ariver to server, BIG problems

I came in late to Server US161, have logged in 4 times now, have not recieved Gogetsuriburi, and can't see the screen i used to where it tells me i'll get gold ichi on day 7 and such.  Also, last night i topped up and did not recieve Tobeumi, or Rangiku.  when i tried to send GoGames an email about it i got like 3 popups asking for strange stuff like an HTTP website for my email to proxy from or some nonsense that in my 2 decades of internet use i have never had to do to send a simple Email, so needless to say, the Email was not sent because i had no idea what to put.  I would like this problem fixed please.  All I want is simple stuff the game promises me and has given to the others in my server.  Oh, and also what I payed for would be nice too.  Thanks and please have a nice day

update,  apparently there are others in my server with the same problem...
