if your getting more then your losing by almost half just rank up. If your going to be getting close to the same amount like 7k prestige then hold off for a while till you can sustain it and not get knocked back down on the reset.

when you upgrade to 5th div captain you pay 5000 prestige daily this is removed from the total prestige you at server reset. So if you only get 5000 prestige from arena and you only have enough to upgrade then at server reset your going to be going back down to 5th div LT. So its always best to hold off a little bit before upgrading a rank.
