Fury deduction is a chance to happen

an Evo 7 Momo has a 1% Chance to deduct fury

it's not a base percentage added on, just a chance to happen

so yeah, he could do it to everyone lol, but it's a chance, like crit of course

well let's say Shinso lvl 11 is 10% deduct fury (I have no idea what it really is)

It's literally 10% of their current fury

Momo's 1% deduct would be 1 fury lol (if the enemy had 100 fury)

if anything that makes the enemy stronger lol xD

At lvl 11 its 4% so therefore its a chance to deduct fury by 4% then? Or is it a 4% chance to deduct fury, I'm just making sure i have it right lol

Considering most of those bonus stats works on chance like stun/resist etc. It will simply be additional 4% chance to deduct fury.. But because shinso doesnt deduct fury at all with his skill in the first place it will not work. As was said.. it is the same case as with combo on vanguards.. They simply put some stats there which are useless for particular partners... This kind of bonus would work on csb aizen for example because he has chance to deduct fury it is not 100% that it will happen like with normal tavern aizen or gin.
I personally have gin on evo 10 now.. some ppl on server have full evo and never seen that happening, you simply cant increase something which doesnt even exist
