what is better ?
formation 1-2-2 = swp nora ken - main + isshin - shinso gin + (shini urahara later to be csb aizen of swp ulti aizen)
formation 1-3-1 =swp nora ken - main + isshin + white ichigo - shinso gin

imo, if u have everyone t1 or shinso giving t1
u should go for 1-2-2 but instead of running isshin, u should run WI
