Monster guard break, conquest of might

how much do they normally have? how can we check?
sado has 61.2% but never seens to block vs monstersin like bond or conquest of might. does lvl affect blocking too?

also, any tricks to fighting tensa zangetsu in conquest of might normal? lv63 with isshin, sado, orihime, yachiru, rukia, momo, rangiku matsu, nanao. main has 7th skill
