I am top player server 52, about to hit 50 and confused

I have saved 20k gold and all my skill scrolls gems ect

I have 400 purple sake for momo and the other support, guess I need that assulter too?

Waht is the best formation, seem not having a healer sucks ... but what is best set up?

1 V 3 A 1 S for pve? or pvp?

Also for gems which 6 should i stack for:

Vanguard
Assult
Support

Lastly I am saving everything, but any tips on what I should be doing ect, any advice appreciated

Oh yes and which Zanpok should I use, I have access to that tank A+ one but the Top Up Tobiume seems better still? Which one should I look out for and try to get next?

Which things should I use gold for and what things have highest priority?

tobiume is the go to zanpaktou till level 65. gold should be spent on spirit stones, they are probably the biggest difference between a VIP and a regular player

the best set up is the one you can make work, I've seen people use 1-2-2, 1-3-1 and 1-1-3, usually though the top player does 1-2-2 with Orihime and Momo as support, main and matsumoto or renji for assault and sado for vanguard
for skill scrolls the best thing to do is usually to sell them for the extra silver and to not bother levelling any skills until you get the 10th skill which you should level like crazy

for refined stats:

VG= STR and block or STA and block
AS= STR and AGI (if you are a GHOST BLADE or SPIRIT BLADE) WIS and AGI (if you are a KIDO)
SP= WIS and AGI

for Gem:
VG= STR, STA, BLOCK, DODGE, HIT AND COUNTER
AS= STR, AGI, HIT, CRIT, ARMOR BREAK AND COUNTER
SP= WIS, AGI, HIT, CRIT, ARMOR BREAK AND COUNTER

For tank u need sado but the stones i dont think sado needs str stones give them ur assaulters for more damage sado need stamina block and dodge stones especially Counter spirit stones usefull more thats my opinion and for zanpaktou u should use tobiume if u wanna be top 1 till the lvl 65 when u get kazeshini and be sure u got vip 6 for buy each spirit stones 12 gold not 15 gold.And one more thing recruit rukia too (for pve) and if u give him 6 lvl 4 spirit stones which u can buy 880 gold pack with all other lvl 4 spirit stones at shop she can use her skill first round (for best pvp) than ur assaulters can use if they have only 1 lvl 4 fury stones u should read guides forums ;)
