I think best option to use youre vitality by killing stage Normal

please reread where the paranthsis are, I put them by Vitality which means Instance doesn't cost Vit and I wasn't saying you can get them from Instance as I recall saying you can only get them from stages

DOn't spam bosses on maps as it takes 2 vit...just do a regular fight, prefer the last one you can do for your level.

Auto at the strongest stage you can find. That way, you'll lvl up and get the crystal. (killing 2 bird with 1 stones)
