sowwy, support is on a vacation in Hawaii to spend the money some guys spent on this game ( including ur gold <3) check on them 3 years later

Dunno, when I had a top up problem they helped me after 1-2 days, slower than they should, but they still did. Now about your "lost" gold, you probably spent it somewhere without noticing, values dont vanish
