Renji is better geared for PVE and PVP then Lisa is, I used Lisa when everyone got Renji just so I could be different from everyone else on my server and trust me I have regretted that desicion for a while now.
so yeah Renji is recommended and the only way I could suggest using Lisa is if your going to use Ichigo (7 Day pack) which even then I wouldn't recommand since you'll drop him for one of the lvl 70 partners
